MONEY LEFT / SUPPORT

Help & contact

Plan this month’s payments and what you expect to have left. Here is how to get started and keep your records up to date.

How do I get started?

On first launch, choose your language and budget currency, then follow the getting-started guide. Use the Income tab to register your take-home salary and payday. Set your living-expense budget on Home, and add payments from the Expenses tab. You can reopen the guide using the question-mark button on Home.

Which languages and currencies are supported?

The interface supports English and Japanese. Choose from JPY, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD, CHF, CNY, HKD, SGD, KRW, TWD and INR. Each budget uses one currency, without currency conversion or mixed-currency records. Once you add records, recurring rules or a budget, the currency is locked. Changing the interface language does not translate saved item names or change amounts.

How do I enter amounts and dates?

JPY and KRW use whole amounts. Other supported currencies accept up to two decimal places. Use a period (.) for decimals; decimal commas are not currently supported. Months currently use Japan time, and totals are based on payment or debit dates.

Can I edit a saved record?

Yes. Open an item from the monthly breakdown at the bottom of Home or from a registered-items list to edit its name, amount or date. Previously used expense names are also offered as choices when adding another expense.

Why is my forecast unavailable?

Check for missing salary, living-expense budget or expense estimates. Missing amounts are not assumed to be zero. If you do not need a separate living-expense allowance this month, explicitly enter zero for the budget.

Why is money left different from my bank balance?

Money left is this month’s registered income minus expected expenses. It does not include a previous balance or unregistered transactions. It is not your actual bank balance or a guarantee of money available to spend.

How do I confirm a payment?

Open an upcoming payment from Home or the planned-payments list within Expenses. Confirm the actual amount and payment date. The existing plan becomes an actual payment; do not add a second expense for the same payment.

What if a recurring amount changes?

Open recurring-expense management within Expenses. Choose a change for this payment only or for future payments. A future change updates the rule and applicable unpaid plans, not payments already recorded as paid.

How do I avoid counting card purchases twice?

Save a purchase as a card-purchase note, which is excluded from totals. Register the card debit separately on its debit date. There is no automatic bank connection, statement import or reconciliation.

Is actual spending added on top of my budget?

No. Actual living expenses and the remaining estimate work together. If actual spending plus known unpaid living expenses exceed the budget, that higher total is reflected in the forecast.

When are ads shown?

In versions with ads enabled, an ad may appear only while a fresh launch is being prepared. The first three launches have no ads, and later ads are limited to once per 24 hours. Returning from another app, entering records or switching tabs does not trigger an ad. If the ad is not ready in time, it is skipped without delaying Home.

Where can I review ad privacy choices?

When consent is required, Home offers an ad privacy settings button. Where required by your region or consent status, settings are also available through the question-mark button on Home. Consent to advertising is not required to use budget features.

What if saving fails?

Check your device’s available storage and try again. The app has no dedicated cloud sync or export feature. Do not delete the app to troubleshoot if it contains records you need to keep.
